Heavenly Shine Cleaning Services Policies

Our Commitment to You

At Heavenly Shine Cleaning Services, we believe great service starts with clear communication, mutual respect, and accountability. Our policies are designed to make sure our customers know what to expect while allowing our team to provide the quality service Heavenly Shine is known for.

As a family-owned company, we value the relationships we build with our customers. If you ever have questions about our policies or your service, please reach out to our team.

1. Scheduling & Appointments

We ask customers to provide accurate information when scheduling a cleaning service, including the property address, type of property, size of the space, requested services, and any special instructions.

We will make every reasonable effort to arrive within the scheduled service window. Occasionally, circumstances such as traffic, weather, previous appointments, or other unforeseen events may affect arrival times. We appreciate your patience and understanding when this occurs.

For recurring services, we will work with you to establish a consistent schedule that meets your needs.

2. Access to Your Property

Customers are responsible for providing our team with safe and reliable access to the property at the scheduled time.

If we are unable to access the property because of a locked door, unavailable key, incorrect access information, security restrictions, or another issue outside of our control, the appointment may be considered a missed appointment and applicable charges may apply.

Please let us know about any special entry instructions before your scheduled service.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. We ask that customers provide as much notice as possible when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Late cancellations, same-day cancellations, or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation or lockout fee.

Any applicable fee will depend on the circumstances and the amount of notice provided.

4. Cleaning Services & Scope of Work

Cleaning services are performed according to the services selected at the time of booking or outlined in an approved service agreement.

Because every property is different, the time required to complete a service may vary based on the size and condition of the space, level of buildup, clutter, and requested services.

Additional services or work outside the agreed-upon scope may require additional time and may result in additional charges. We will communicate with the customer whenever possible before performing substantially additional work.

5. Deep Cleaning & Heavy-Duty Conditions

Some properties may require additional time, labor, or specialized attention because of excessive buildup, heavy soil, clutter, neglected areas, or other conditions.

While our team will always make a genuine effort to provide excellent results, certain stains, odors, buildup, damage, or discoloration may be permanent or may require specialized treatment outside our standard services.

Our goal is always to improve the condition of the space while setting realistic expectations about what cleaning can accomplish.

6. Customer Belongings & Valuables

Customers should secure cash, jewelry, important documents, collectibles, and other valuable or fragile items before service.

Our team will exercise reasonable care while working in your home or business. However, Heavenly Shine is not responsible for damage to items that were improperly installed, unstable, excessively fragile, defective, or not reasonably identifiable as requiring special handling.

Please notify us in advance of any items that require special care or should not be moved.

7. Pets

We love our furry friends, but pets must be safely secured if they may interfere with our team’s ability to work safely.

Customers are responsible for informing us about pets on the property. For the safety of our employees and your pets, we may request that certain animals be placed in a secure area during service.

8. Safety

The safety of our customers and team members is extremely important to us.

Our team may decline or discontinue work if conditions are considered unsafe, including but not limited to exposed hazards, dangerous animals, hazardous materials, unsafe electrical conditions, excessive pest infestations, or other circumstances that could pose a health or safety risk.

If a potentially hazardous condition is discovered, we will communicate with the customer and determine the safest way to proceed.

9. Cleaning Products & Special Requests

Heavenly Shine uses cleaning products and equipment appropriate for the services being performed.

Customers should notify us before service about allergies, sensitivities, surfaces requiring special products, or products they do not want used.

While we make every reasonable effort to follow special requests, customers understand that certain cleaning methods or products may be necessary to properly perform a service.

10. Satisfaction & Service Concerns

We care about the quality of our work and want our customers to be satisfied.

If you are unhappy with any portion of your cleaning service, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so we can understand the concern and determine an appropriate resolution.

We encourage customers to communicate concerns promptly because some cleaning-related issues are best addressed while they can still be clearly identified.

Our goal is not simply to complete a cleaning—we want to make things right when something falls short of our standards.

11. Residential Service Policy

For residential customers, we ask that homes be reasonably accessible and that personal items, clothing, dishes, toys, and other belongings be organized enough for our team to safely and effectively clean the requested areas.

Our cleaners are there to clean your home, not to provide organizing, personal care, moving, or maintenance services unless specifically agreed upon.

12. Commercial Service Policy

Commercial customers may have additional requirements regarding building access, security, keys, alarm systems, cleaning schedules, designated areas, and facility procedures.

Commercial customers are responsible for communicating relevant building policies and access requirements to Heavenly Shine before service begins.

For recurring commercial accounts, specific terms, schedules, pricing, and service requirements may be outlined in a separate service agreement.

13. Payment

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking or established in the applicable service agreement.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information and ensuring payment is made according to the agreed-upon terms.

Commercial accounts may have separate invoicing and payment terms.

14. Pricing & Additional Services

Pricing may vary based on the size of the property, condition of the space, frequency of service, requested services, and other factors.

Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer. If the actual condition or scope of work differs substantially from the information provided, the final price may need to be adjusted.

Whenever possible, we will communicate any significant pricing changes before additional work is performed.

15. Privacy

We respect the privacy of our customers and take reasonable steps to protect information provided to us in connection with our services.

Customer information is used for purposes such as scheduling, communication, billing, service delivery, and improving the customer experience.

We do not consider access to a customer’s home or business to be permission to photograph, record, share, or disclose private information except where necessary for legitimate business, safety, legal, or service-related purposes.

16. Employees & Respectful Treatment

We are committed to maintaining a professional and respectful environment for our customers and team members.

We expect customers and Heavenly Shine team members to treat one another with courtesy and respect. Harassment, threats, discrimination, intimidation, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

If our team determines that a working environment is unsafe or inappropriate, we reserve the right to discontinue service.

17. Changes to Policies

Heavenly Shine Cleaning Services may update these policies from time to time as our services and business practices evolve.

When appropriate, material changes may be communicated to customers through our website, email, service agreements, or other available communication channels.

18. Questions About Our Policies

We believe policies should create clarity—not confusion.

If you have questions about any of these policies or are unsure how a particular situation applies to your cleaning service, please contact Heavenly Shine Cleaning Services. We’re happy to discuss your needs and work toward a solution.

Heavenly Shine Cleaning Services

Family Owned. Health Focused. Community Driven. Quality Obsessed.

We appreciate the opportunity to serve you and thank you for trusting Heavenly Shine with your home or business.

Note: Because this is a customer-facing policy document, I’d recommend having a local attorney review the final version—especially the cancellation, liability, payment, privacy, and commercial-account provisions—before publishing it as your official legal policy.
